THE ONE THING: Ray Ban Folding Wayfarer Sunglasses
by Kate Williams
In the past year, Ray-Ban Wayfarer shades have staged one hell of a comeback, even showing up on the likes of style-setters Sienna Miller and Mary-Kate Olsen. The classic shape originally debuted in the 1950s, and Audrey Hepburn wore them in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Wayfarers reached the height of their popularity in the ‘80s, though, during the era when the surfers wore jams and the lifeguards wore neon zinc-oxide. Now, Ray-Ban is reintroducing a foldable style, which creases over the nose and in the middle of the ear pieces to stow away easily in a leather traveling case. It’ll help keep them from breaking, too, and that’s excellent, dude.

i actually have a pair and i love them! super cute
I heart ray bans! They are definetley the hottest acessorie this fall
I got a pair the other day. they are surprisingly sturdy! seamless unfolded, and doesn’t feel like it’ll break in your hands like I expected. My only issue is that the case is almost cuboid, making it impossible to pocket, but who is going to put a $200 pair of sunnies in their pocket any way right?
