What a great opportunity it would be to travel to Ecuador! As a marine biology student, I’ve heard it is one of the best places to travel to! This last May I was just asking my friend Mannie who surfs all over the world, “what is it like to surf outside of the U.S.?” and he said “It’s amazing Liz, but you have to learn how first” :D So please send me to Ecuador!

  32. Charlie on July 13th, 2009 3:26 pm

I am from SD, my buddy is form the goldie, here we are landlocked in Missouri drinking beer and looking at the mags drooling out the beer we just put in our mouths. We are stinging for a surf.

  41. Sarah varney on July 18th, 2009 12:07 pm

I just read about this trip and thought about how perfect this would be to reconnect with my sister who is just about to get out of rehab. She’s worked so hard to overcome her problem and I haven’t been able to really see her or spend any time with her at all in the past 5 years. This trip would really help her and I be able to do what we’ve always wanted to do, which is to surf. We miss Florida and were stuck here in Alabama so help get us out!

  42. Kelly Moss on July 19th, 2009 7:05 am

It’ll be just an incredible experience, a surfer at heart but sweating it out at the moment to make ends meet, working two jobs and no days off, no chance to hit the beach. It’ll be a great vacay and a given time to reflect, refocus and keep moving forward.

  48. Brenda Lacourciere on August 6th, 2009 12:51 pm
