Central Coast surfer, Aubrey Falk, shares her latest humanitarian project

This idea has come together after years of traveling for surf and feeling that we could do more than just ride the waves. We wanted to give something back to the people and the land. Surfers Without Borders was the result.

Surfers Without Borders has come together with the intention to provide assistance to coastal communities in need in the form of sustainable design and artistic expression, while spreading the stoke of surfing. We’re artists, surfers and designers dedicated to improving the living conditions of people around the world whose lives are influenced by the ocean.
We’re people who are inspired by life and the endless possibilities for creation. Our goal is to relate to local people, create projects that promote environmental awareness, and integrate different cultures. A traveling group visits coastal areas to provide physical, technical, and financial assistance to local communities in the areas of Sustainable Development and Creative Expression. —Aubrey Falk
