MATIX UPCYCLE CONTEST WINNERS!

Congrats go out to Lizzy Sise, Emily Wexler and Aimee Burg, the trio who make up the art collective Get Up And Go. They won by making a greenhouse out of soda bottles; they riveted the tops of the bottles together for some panels and used the middle parts as shingles for the other panels. They even used the bottoms of the bottles as planters for seedlings. Pretty friggin’ cool.
